Doreen Ivory - BCBA
Doreen Ivory is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a Master’s in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis, where she received diverse clinical training. Before becoming a BCBA, she trained in Downstate SUNY Inpatient Psychiatric Hospital collaborating with staff to reduce patients’ behaviors, decreasing the use of restraints using OBM principles.
After SUNY, Doreen went on to work in Franklin Square School district at Polk Street elementary school’s Behavior Support Team (BST) which focused on implementing behavior strategies to reduce problematic behaviors, aiding children with disabilities to receive the least restrictive environment education using ABA and OBM principles.
Doreen continues her experience as a BCBA/LBA in numerous school districts over Long Island to provide the most professional and high quality professional experience for over 7 years to children and young adults as well as school staff and parents to ensure success for individuals with developmental disabilities.
